PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once an order for either SmartControl or another solution has been placed, we work with you to ensure that your solution is delivered as efficiently and painlessly as possible.

Where available, we will work with in-house resources to complete the delivery. If in-house resource is in short supply, we can manage the entire project on your behalf. This would mean:

• working with vendors and your company to agree timelines and specifications
• coordinating deliveries and installations
• keeping you abreast of all relevant information and communications
• arranging technical assistance and training
